Do you remove stones?

Yes, we will remove your stones while you wait and return them to you for free.

Is my transaction with you confidential?

Definitely, all of your records are kept confidential with Great Lakes Gold Rush.

How do I get paid?

You will receive a check from Great Lakes Gold Rush at your visit once we have completed the thorough analysis.

Unfortunately, we do not. To protect you and give you the most accurate evaluation, we have to see your items in person and conduct our confidential analysis at any one of our locations.

Do you provide written appraisals?

We do not do appraisals , those our for insurance purposes only and usually aren't valid unless done by the jeweler who you purchased the jewelry from.

What do you do with the gold you purchase?

We recycle most of the gold we purchase. It’s used for different industrial, jewelry and investment applications. Recycling your old gold and silver good for the environment as it reduces the demands for increased mining around the world.
